Lena Mae's big cousin Bridget Mae taught her how to make a doll bed out of pillows and blankets. Ever since Bridget Mae came to visit we have been making baby beds EVERY DAY!! We usually have to make a bed for Lena Mae's doll (a special gift from her grandma and grandpa Schropp) before each nap time and bed time.

Birthday Party Palooza!

Sunday morning birthday brunch!! Lena's Birthday was a week full of celebration! Sunday we had a brunch and a formal 1st Birthday cake :)

 Lena Mae was celebrated by many many friends & family! We had a special Birthday party at Liquid Mechanics, a local Lafayette Brewery! Above is Lena with her parents and her grandparents!

Someone so very special turned 1!!! 

Happy First Birthday to the most special Lena Mae! In her honor all her grandparents came to celebrate with her! 

On Lena's actual Birthday Febraury 28th it was story time at the library! We went with Nana and Pap and the librarian had all the mommies and all the babies sing Happy Birthday to Lena Mae!! She clapped and smiled and loved it!  

 We went to Fate Brewing for dinner with Nana and Pap and came home for a muffin Birthday treat!

 Daddy got a candle too because Nana and Pap wanted to celebrate his birthday as well!! Cheathams have two special birthdays to celebrate! 

 Lena got to open a few special birthday presents!! She got several books, and she is happy to dive into her library everyday!

 Another special birthday present is a nursing mama cat and her three little kittens!!

Lena also LOVES her bath time tug boat!!
